Data Deletion Instructions

CoverSlots allows users and clients to request deletion of personal data associated with their account, business, or appointments.

To request deletion of your data, send an email to ai.corp@coverallaic.com with the following information:

• Full name
• Associated phone number
• Associated email address, if applicable
• Related business name, if applicable
• A brief description of your deletion request

Processing time

We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Some data may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, contractual compliance, or legitimate operational record purposes.

Business account deletion

If you have a business account on CoverSlots, you may also use the options available within your account to delete or close your account when available.
